You need to call 4445 and speak to CS.
As an account issue we can't help, sorry, although it shouldn't say simplicity as that is not a PAYG tariff so it looks like CPW may have set you up wrong.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and check to see if the credit has been taken to give you allowances on calls, texts and data.

If it has not been taken and is showing then choose a tariff in your myo2 or by dialling 4444 from your phone.

Tariffs available are http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo

Hi there @Anonymous ,inside the box is there an e-top up card? If there is, on the back is there a scratch of panel? If there is follow the instructions to register the card, and hopefully ur top up will be loaded on it.If not you have to go back to Cpw as CS  will not have a record of the promotion /offer because it is not an O2 offer.
