Doesn't it come back if you move the phone away from your face?

It is supposed to go off when you put phone to your ear and come back on again after you take it away.
The proximity sensor can usually be turned off in call settings, but I've not checked the latest build to see if the option is there or not.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
