Been using Lollipop 2-3 weeks now. Have to say I am not impressed, even after a factory reset it is sluggish, things like opening the gallery takes 4+ seconds, same with making a call etc, and quite often when I hit the home button the screen redraws. I had a £100 moto G previously and it wiped the floor with this S5.
