Location changing

The clock app on my HTC One M8 keeps changing the time on its own and going between my current location in Scotland to Amsterdam without even leaving the room. I have tried rebooting and its still doing it. Anyone else having this problem?

What ip is your phone using at the moment?

They said there was no problems with mast in my area. Internet provider is Virgin but I have this turned off
