KitKat update Sony xperia Z1 compact

I've been seeing that everybody is getting the update to kitkat on their sony xperia z1 compacts, i am currently still waiting, i have checked on sony pc companion and it says nothing, can anybody help me with an expected time i will the update?

It will be a typical staggered release.

Best IMO just to keep checking.

No one will know when you will get it specifically. It's released, so it's out there, when your turn comes around.
As bob says, just keep checking but no more than once a day or you will get dropped down the list again
