Hello,

Please could you tell me when Kit-Kat will be available for my Note 2 over Kies or OTA?

I had not realised I was singled out to get it. I did press the update button regularly. For the previous one I was queued but this just happened out of the blue. Maybe because I have signed up for a lot of Samsung stuff e.g. free books etc. Even bought their TV this year!
Downside is Dropsync does not work and lock screen keys are smaller / closer together.

The BTU update (for unbranded UK phones) has been released.
The O2U (O2 branded phones) update has not yet been released.

OZS (for Thai phones) not out yet either.....

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Latest firmware info Thailand-THL

PDA: N7100XXUENB2

CSC: N7100OLBENB1

MODEM: N7100XXUENA1

Added: 2014-02-27

I'm not sure if you have other carriers in Thailand but the above is the latest info I can find.

In the UK yes BTU, Vodafone and H3G have all released KK 4.4.2 to their customers Samsung Note 2 phones last month. Unless things have changed the last I read on here was that o2 was not updating our Note 2 to Kit Kat, so maybe this is why o2 has nothing to push out.

Thanks @Anonymous that's the firmware I have at the moment. I updated whilst in Thailand so hoping I won't have to wait until I go back in October. I would prefer to update before I go in case of problems.
