Hello,

Please could you tell me when Kit-Kat will be available for my Note 2 over Kies or OTA?

Thanks,

I'm trying to work out if Toby is saying the Note 2 is getting the KK 4.4.2 upgrade or he's happy that somebody else has updated? as has been stated no end of times will still don't know if o2 are going to release it or not. Note 3 LTE are ok

Been nearly 2 weeks and nothing from o2 if as has been said on this thread that customers of o2 who have the Note 2 will be or will not be having their phones updated to KitKat 4.4.2. Not many words are required from o2 yes or no.
We all know there's no reason why o2 has not only already updated our phones and that they are the only UK carrier who have not done so. Sad really.

I have 4 contract phones with 02 and my personal one is a note 2  Conracts are rolling up to end starting dec and the failure to get out the upgrade that the other networks seem to have done  nor explain why not means a rethink shame as I have had good service from them

I take no reply as o2's way of saying NOPE you are not getting KitKat on your phone. They can't come out and say that really even if it's true as they will start to lose customers.
