I have been advised that three improve FOTA updates are ready to be downloaded.

These are:-

Downloads - v1.0.2213332828.351.251.281

Software updates agent v4.0

Software updates v3.5

Before I download these, can anyone tell me what they do, what the impact on my phone will be and whether there are any known issues with the updates (i.e. problems caused by them)?

Hi Clive!
I'm afraid I can't help you with the info, but maybe you can make a complete back up of all your settings before you install the new updates?

Than you would have the chance to test everything yourself & reset to your old settings if anything comes up that you don't like. Especially because everybody has different preferences, I think it makes sense to test it out yourself (but of course post your findings, so we can benefit )

Thanks. This is good advice but I've had difficulty in using the backup facility previously so I am asking HTC to tell me what these updates are.

Sorry to hear you had problems with making backups. Maybe an idea to make a thread about it to see if any one here has had the same problems & knows a solution?

I hope HTC gets back to you soon! It'd be great if you can post the info when you receive it from HTC (curious myself  )
