HTC One M8 No longer reading sim card

Any one else had this issue and got an easy fix? Can't get onto the live chat to get them to send a replacement even though they said they would last time I got a hold of them.

Try another sim in it to see if a sim or phone fault. If phone is faulty and if it's still under warranty contact HTC for support http://www.htc.com/uk/support/
O2 won't replace phone if it's a first time fault, they will send it to a team of butchers who will blame you for breaking it and charge you for fixing it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
