Solved: Galaxy S5 wi-fi

I have tried to start a new post but cannot select a board to sent it under.

My problem is my Galaxy S5 will seems to receive emails via wifi, I have tried everything I can think off and nothing works.

Help please!

Of your problem is you can't get emails when not on wifi have a look here:

Are you saying you can't receive emails when connected to WiFi?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
