Claiming a Gear VR

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all, I upgraded today and got myself a much needed and wanted Galaxy 7edge. There is an offer presently valid which states I can claim a Gear VR for free. Brill, but as I was following instructions to process this claim, one of the stipulations was an ability to upload a document from my o2. I followed instructions u til I could go no further. I need to download a document from my o2? But i do not have an option anywhere to view, or download a document within my o2, I've checked mobile and laptop modes. Do any of you lovely people know how I can find my documents? Thank you for reading.

What document is it asking for?

Is it O2 supplying the VR @MI5? Or someone else running the promotion?

Makes sense as nothing showing on O2 website.

Try contacting Samsung directly:

0330 SAMSUNG (726 7864)

Monday to Saturday | 9am to 6pm

I am sure Samsung will be delighted to receive a call which isn't related to Note 7 recalls...Happy Dance

Far quicker to contact Samsung directly. If it's like previous promotions some O2 staff may never have heard of it.
