Android 6 on Samsung S5 Neo

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi

Any idea when Android 6 will be available for Samsung S5 Neo in the UK? I've checked various posts, some from February saying it should be available in a few weeks, but I have still to get the upgrade notice.

Thanks
Rod

I've checked into this with our team and Samsung and the Marshmallow update has been available for O2 handsets for a few weeks.

Some things that could be preventing this:

- Device maybe didn't come from O2 (eg, CPW, other 3rd party seller)

- Device has maybe been modified with unofficial software/ROM's

If yours is O2 branded @Chris_K might know.
If you are unbranded you need to ask Samsung.

If your CSC starts G903FBTU then you are unbranded and Samsung haven't released 6.0 for it yet.
