Advice on what phone to get..

I'm looking for some advice on what android I should get next, as my Samsung Galaxy S3 has broken, and I'm not very good with knowing what is good, and what isn't on phones.

So, to sum up...

- Must be an android.

- Must have 16 GB internal storage, because I use a lot of apps and games. 

- Must be able to play 3D games, that are up to date.

- Not bothered about camera or the material of the phone.

- Needs to suit my use of games, apps, calls, messaging and internet. 

- Don't want a phone smaller than 4.5 inches, or bigger than 5 inches, ideally...

- Hoping to have a bit of an upgrade from my S3, but on a budget of around £200.

Any recommendations/advice much appreciated!!

S4 no doubt, excellent phone & all in the criteria you want

My grandson had the S4 and reckons the S5 is a real improvement. He must mean it as he kept the S4 just in case but never went back to it...

Z2 would get my vote,
Bang for buck it's as good as a z3 which is near enough as good as a z3+.
The added audio features, camera and ps4 remote play make its current value unbeatable.
