Hi

You may need to speak to customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus to have your account checked.

Possibly the SIM card is at fault and any O2 shop can swap it out for you.

Have you tried to use the dongle with the O2 sim in - in another device to see if it connects as a process of elimination ?

I can't help on this one. My HP Slate has its own datapass which I can top up if needed. I used this with no problem when away this weekend. Otherwise I use the Tablet over Wifi (both at home or when abroad)

Hi,

The APN settings are from the o2 website.

Check your apn's against those listed here by device type (I assume Android) http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings

If this is still giving you issues and the dongle is showing as connected, I can only assume that you don't have any data allowance left.

Can yoou check to see if you have data remaining either in your MY O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or by calling CS ? http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

hi there,

Tesco mobile does use the O2 network but they are your service provider not O2. If you ring 202 they cant help as they don't hold any of your details.

I would imagine Tesco do have their own settings and Apns, as mentioned above. I would say if with the inf provided it's still not working You need to ring Tesco mobile.
